To activate a wildcard domain, go to the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel and push the Add Host button located on the right. At the bottom of the options list, you will notice the Wildcard Domain checkbox.

You can accomplish that through the Domain Manager in your Control Panel. The domain locking/unlocking option is included in the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel. Simply click on a domain name and after that click on the Registrar Lock button to lock or unlock it.
