Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the email account you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
